Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are defined per engagement. Late or non-payment may result in paused work or withheld deliverables until outstanding balances are settled.

Services and content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the Services.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. cloud providers, AI APIs, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and I am not responsible for their availability or performance.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
